We want to remind everyone of you that from now on whoever buys a Steam account from another Gather-Network member will take full responsibility of that account.

Do not send us e-mails, PM's that your steam account was VAC banned, hacked, disabled or that you have been tricked because we are not the Valve Support team, we are the Gather-Network Support team. Therefore we will not be responsible for whatever happens to the steam account you bought.

However if you still wish to buy a steam account from another member please reffer to us with his GN username and STEAM_ID, if the user is banned or has banpoints we will not (under any circumstances) move that STEAM_ID.

This is our first and last warning, DO NOT buy steam accounts from another GN user, it's far more easier to buy a brand new one from Valve.

 Fragbite proudly introduces a  Swedish cs ChampionShip in contribution with QPAD, Kaspersky and M @ trix. Active since 2003 the organisation was providing us with news , videos , pictures etc , from many different events and now they have worked the way forward and will present us with Swedish cs ChampionShip.

Sweden's top four counter-strike teams will be granted a spot. In order for other four teams to participate in this competition they will have to compete in the upcoming Online Qualifiers. The contest will be held at M @ trix , which is located in Haymarket Square Subway station in Stockholm. The LAN was renewed only a short while ago , old pc platforms and gear were replaced with new.

Cheater Reports:

Due to the huge amount of reports sent in with reviews like "cheater", "wh", "wallhack", "cheater pls ban", "i look him he cheats!!" etc. , i would like to remind everyone that reports sent in with this kind of review will not be accepted by AC Team, they will be marked as 'Incorrect' and the admin/captain`s demo ratio will have to suffer. The correct way to send in a demo with a player which you think is cheating is to watch the demo completely and write down the times in which the player looks suspicious, write them in the report which you send to AC Team. In short, if your report is not informative, it will be simply deleted by our staff and the demo will never get reviewed.

Example of a correct review:

#matchid:
10:50 -> player x looks through box at mid, then says enemy spotted without actually seeing anybody there.
20:10 -> he prefires on that guy
23:41 -> he knew there was a flash coming and he turned arround before he actually saw it
28:19 -> he knew that guy was coming there, took the best position to strike and waited for him

Also, regarding the HLTV demos: if you have knowledge of a player that cheated and a demo recorded by a HLTV with him exists, then you can contact any member of the AC Team at #gather-network.achelp on Quakenet and give them MatchID + player-name (do this only if HLTV demo exists). You should also write a .txt file describing the suspicious actions of that player. Use this method until a system like the current 'Demo center' will be up and running.



No-Demo Warning:

Recently there have been a high volume of users leaving gathers, when they rejoin they don't realise they have been demo'ed by an admin/captain etc. We are requesting that admins/captains inform the users that they are being demo'ed if they happen to timeout/retry so they can resume their demo's. Other than this, the users can also check their consoles to see if they were being demo'ed or not. This is a reminder because we don't give second chances on
incomplete demo's and this will simply save you from having a ban which you dont deserve.
